1. Quick summary
- The 14-day free trial needs no payment card and nothing is charged automatically when it ends.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and the Service continues until that date.
- Fees paid for a period that has started are generally non-refundable, except in the cases below (duplicate charge, incorrect charge, confirmed billing error, termination of the Service by us for commercial reasons, or where the law requires).
- This policy does not change any statutory right you have.
2. Free trial
- The trial lasts 14 days from the owner's first sign-in, with no card required.
- We never charge automatically after the trial. To continue, you choose a plan and complete payment yourself.
- When it ends your data is kept for at least 30 days, and you can sign in, view billing and subscribe at any time.
3. Cancelling a paid subscription
- The owner can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing.
- The default is cancellation at the end of the current paid period: the Service keeps working in full until the exact date we show you when you cancel and in the confirmation email.
- There is no immediate cancellation that stops the Service before the end of the paid period, except by special agreement or where the law requires.
- You can reverse the cancellation before it takes effect from the same page, and your subscription continues normally.
- After cancellation takes effect the workspace moves to read-and-billing mode and your data is kept for at least 30 days so you can export it or resubscribe.
4. Downgrades and upgrades
- A downgrade to a lower plan takes effect at the end of the paid period and does not produce a partial refund.
- An upgrade takes effect immediately and starts a new billing period on the day of purchase at the new plan's price, without pro-rating the remainder of the previous period; the details are shown before you pay.
5. Refund policy
Fees paid for a subscription period that has started are generally non-refundable, and we do not give partial refunds for unused days, except in the following cases, where we refund the affected amount:
- Duplicate charge: two or more charges for the same transaction.
- Incorrect charge: an amount different from the one shown to you at payment.
- Confirmed billing error on our side after verification.
- Inability to provide the Service for a reason attributable to us that is material, continuing and not remedied within a reasonable time after you notify us.
- Termination of the Service by us for commercial reasons (Terms of Service, clause on termination): we refund the portion corresponding to the remaining paid period.
- Anything the law requires us to refund, including consumer and contracting-party rights under e-commerce law, which this policy does not limit.
6. Usage and provider fees
WhatsApp / Meta charges and any other third-party provider fees you have already incurred are paid to the provider directly and may not be refundable by us, to the extent the law permits and as disclosed in advance. They are not part of the RASSEL subscription or its refund.
7. How to request a refund
1. Write to [email protected] within 30 days of the transaction.
2. Include your workspace name, the payment reference (shown on the invoice) and the reason.
3. We review the request and normally reply within 7 business days.
4. If approved, the amount is returned to the original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on the issuing bank (up to 14 business days).
5. We issue a credit note / invoice adjustment as required by applicable invoicing rules.
8. Failed payment and grace period
When a renewal is unpaid a grace period (3 days) begins during which the Service keeps working; the subscription is then suspended without deleting data and resumes automatically after confirmed payment. Suspension for non-payment is not a ground for refund.
